This was a life changing experience! My upmost respect to Richard and the whole team at Lakeside Real Estate! My family and I purchased our home a few years ago through Lakeside Real Estate. We decided to sell based on the shift in the market. We were able to find a buyer who agreed to wait over 5 months while we got everything together for our move, thanks to the negotiating from the lakeside team. As a first time home buyer, Richard made purchasing a home an enjoyable experience. After buying the house, we found the previous owner covered up an undisclosed jacuzzi that my dog almost fell in.
