I looked at many other communities that are similar to this one and I feel that this one is the best! You really do feel like you’re living in a house and in one of the best neighborhoods in Lancaster! To top it off the girls in the office, Mandy and Ashley are the best! They made the moving process so fast and seamless. I absolutely recommend checking it out!

Touring here is like no other. The girls in the office I believe there names were Ashley and Amanda. Simply amazing! Offered us coffee on a rainy day let us warm up in the office before the tour. We are probably gonna be looking for a move in soon but if your looking for great staff and a beautiful property this is as best as it gets in the City of Lancaster.

For this being an up-and-coming community, it's coming along so nicely! I toured here last month and love everything it offers. Mandy was so patient and helpful in explaining everything to us. I can't wait to see what's in store for when it's done being built and the community has moved in! Hoping to maybe call this place our home very soon 🤍

Definitely recommend this place to live at! The community is quiet and friendly, with great amenities like a well-equipped gym and outdoor pool, The location is perfect, close to public transportation and local shops, My landlord was always professional and easy to communicate with, making the rental process smooth.

Stereotyping female. Had wonderful experience with Sagewind Ranch but wanted to move in a community where my ihss worker able to get. I was denied but he wasn't states they take section 8 so why do I need to make 2.5 times the rent. When I voucher able to give them extra then the rent it is. Or but I was denied my friend was approved. He gets 220 a month I get social security 😅 umm she not quite right in her head 😂😂

I've driven by several times to see when the community will open. The homes are absolutely beautiful, located in such a nice area of Lancaster. I'm looking forward to getting more information regarding a future move-in date!

We are looking within the area for brand new homes to sent and came across these ! I am in love with the concept of this community ! Still in the process of building you can see but I am very excited to apply! We love the location too !! Very beautiful upcoming community
