First time working with Challman Engineering. I just got my approved plans in LA County. Construction set to begin next month. So far so good! Bill and Elizabeth have always made sure to answer all my questions no matter how silly. Elizabeth is great and I enjoyed working with her. She always followed up, checked in on me, and walked me through the entire permitting process. I recommend 100%, especially for less experienced developers/people like myself.

I went in for a quote and was immediately met by unprofessionalism. Bill seems to get a kick out of everything and seemed like most of the time I was there he was making fun of my ideas and plans. When I left I could immediately tell that they were talking about me and I returned for a business card and the moment I went in they look shocked to see me as if they were talking and making fun of me. Not to mention the quote was ridiculously high compared to other quotes in the Antelope Valley.The amount of unprofessionalism that I experienced was enough to never come back.

Challman Engineering saved my project in the Antelope Valley. LA County inspectors were all over me and I brought in Challman, who developed excellent plans, worked with the County to get them on board, and then re-constructed my house. It turned out great and their prices were very reasonable. They went above and beyond my expectations!
