Pam Bradford is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She walked us through every step of the home-buying process, and made us feel supported and cared for along the way. She answered our many, many questions with patience and compassion. Pam was committed to making sure the entire process was smooth and she followed up on things even after the sale was finished.

From all of my experience with other realtors, Pam stands apart from the rest. If you're looking for an agent who is experienced, responsive, and supportive, Pam is the way to go. We can't recommend her highly enough.

We recently completed both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home with Pam Bradford at Praxis Realty and we could not be more impressed. We went to an open house on a Sunday and after e-mailing Pam and letting her know of our intent to sell our home and buy a new one she responded within the evening. By Monday morning she had recommended a loan officer and we were pre-approved within the day. Throughout the entire process Pam was very accessible by phone and e-mail, often times working around our very challenging schedule. She helped sell our house within a week!! She showed nothing but the utmost concern for our family as we navigated such a challenging process and helped us along the way if we were confused or unsure about some of the steps in the process along the way. She was very knowledgeable about realty and all of it's associated laws, regulations, and rules. She helped us negotiate with our seller and our buyer and their respective agents to make the best deal for us. It was easy for us to rest comfortably knowing that our interests were best represented by Pam. We are now comfortably settling into our new dream home and it's less than 2 months since we went to the open house. It is doubtful that this could have happened without Pam. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking for an extremely professional, knowledgeable, accessible, friendly and overall high-quality realtor.
