I would say from the first conversation with Bruce Baker to having his entire team involved with us through the entire process of inspections, repairs to giving us suggestions on vendors from insurance to painters and more. I had never sold a house before, much less all by myself. When researching realtors, I received quite a few recommendations and decided to contact the top 3-4 that had the most reviews. I called them and set up interviews at my house. I had narrowed my search to Bruce and another realtor. But Bruce stood out to me for a few reasons - 1) he followed up with me even though he was out of town on business, and 2) I was impressed with the options available he offered to 'advertise' my house to reach the most people. From hearing all the stories of "how bad the market was" and "it took forever to sell my house", I was prepared for a 3-4 month wait. However, and I truly believe this, because of the pictures, the video walk through, the drone coverage, all of these options, I received 5 tours within 48 hours and my house was under contract within 72 hours! I was shocked and excited! Then it was time for Amanda, from his office, to take over all the details of the closing. She was an angel and walked me through everything, was always available for questions (and i had alot!) and of course, she listened during my panic attacks! In summary, Bruce and his team made this experience so easy for me and I'm so grateful for it! I cannot thank them enough!

I had 2 closings in 1 day. Bruce made everything go smooth. And I appreciate his whole team, I had lots of repairs to make on my home before it's sold. Could not have got through the whole process without Amanda Bullard. She found write contractors at the lowest price Coordinated. all the repairs.. I cannot say enough great things about Bruce and his team. This purchase was fairly last minute, yet they helped us pull it off in just over 3 weeks. Ariel met us at the property several times to take measurements so we could pre-plan downsizing existing furniture in two houses.
