First let’s start with the poor job on drywall in some areas you can literally see the screws or nails lifting at the joints, the molding’s are not cut at the right angle so they packed filler. Everything is of the cheapest material, the toilets are not soft close and low quality. The front yards have decomposed granite “without any weed barrier” so if you drive around the neighborhood and look at other buyers who’s had last season’s rain they have knee high weeds which is seriously ignorant because after spending upwards of 600k on a home why should you have to pay to have the yard redone for an additional 3-4k smh when I asked the maintenance repair guy he said Lancaster didn’t require it. So as a builder who’s markup is sky high you couldn’t have the decency with the knowledge you have at building homes to add a $70 roll of weed barrier. This company is bull chit. If you’re looking to buy I say be aware of them, check your options with maybe buying a home built in the early 2000s & use the extra money you will have left for upgrades because they are rippers.
