I purchased a home using my own realtor from South Florida. I purchased from a distance (Fort Lauderdale). We did our due diligence and inspected home, etc. etc. Eddie Parker was the seller, realtor, owner, and advertised with 1st class and is a realtor for them here in Pensacola.
Sadly, less than 48 hours in home and unpacking (two showers in) I woke up to a Flood in the house. I learned that there had been prior plumbing issues, recently (I can prove this) and Eddie Parker lied on the seller disclosure. NO plumbing issues checked off.

This is illegal, unethical, and swaying a sale with false information. He had a legal obligation to disclose. He and his partner (Matt Hanlon) chose to LIE.

Lets stop celebrating these unethical people and start talking about how this effects people. I went with no running water for about 2 weeks. 17k plumbing bill, that I cannot afford. My flooring is all destroyed from water damage, cabinets are also ruined.

I went to Eddie Parker several times and said - fix this and I will move on. Also went to Tim Ekeland the owner and he is well aware of this. I cannot express to you the financial burden, the emotional upsettment and how this can effect people. Everyone has chosen to bury their heads in the sand and probably pray I go away.

Please use caution dealing with this company. I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I did. Sadly, they should of just admitted, yes, we screwed up and FIX it. Make it right. They all chose not to. When a customer comes to you and asked you to FIX an issues such as this, maybe you should listen.

Update : Yesterday Tim Ekeland tells me "just so you know I have attorneys also for Slander." So now, its not okay to share the TRUTH and he's going to threaten me for stating FACTS I can prove. He's a bully.
