The whole experience with Henry Homes was great from start to finish. My wife and I and our three children were PCSing from Korea to Hurlburt Field and started the home buying experience with Shawn while we were still in Korea. He was super accommodating and walked us through the entire process over the phone and facetime. It wasn't long before he handed us off to our mortgage company SWB Mortgage, one of Henery Homes preferred lenders. They were just as accommodating. We ended up having to close before we moved locally but with the help of Henry Homes, the process went very smoothly. Even when we arrived in Florida, the whole team continues to help in any way they can. I would highly recommend first time homebuyers to work with Henry Homes and you will have a great experience. We bought a house in Heather’s Place in Gulf Breeze, Fl in 2019. We are part of Phase 1. For the past years we have had on and off issues with our grinder pump. But for the last month, month and a half it has gotten significantly worse for us and all phases of the neighborhood. On the weekend we cant even do a load of laundry or it will overflow into our yard. We have called the City of Gulf Breeze to report this and they come out to flush the main line. They say that our grinder pumps do not have enough PSI to push against the main line so it will overflow. A worker came out and told us tonight that Henry Homes was told to install a higher horse power pump and they didn’t. We want accountability and a working pump so we don’t have to worry about sewage going into our house and yard.

Bought a house from Henry homes in 2018 in the Pace / Milton area. No serious issues upon closing. The real issue came this year when mold finally seeped through our walls in our kitchen from a slow leak due to improperly and sloppily conjoined pipes installed with no care or sign of actual skill. It gets better, when I called the Warrenty department they blew me off saying it was not their problem. Even though it was clear the issue came from construction. They stopped replying to my calls and emails, so at least I can warn others about their sub par contractors and lazy inspectors. *The photos show the repaired new pipe on top and the originals at the bottom along with damage done to the walls over time.*

We have been very happy with our Henry home from the purchasing to four years later. Shawn was great to work with and addressed all our questions. We definitely would work with him again. We also appreciated the choices that were available with the home, screen porch, etc. Once we were moved in, Donnie, Mr. Henry’s right hand man, made sure we were settled and remains available if we ever need anything.
We really love the stylish rooms inside with the unique architecture. The yard is a great size for kids and pets. We appreciate the neighborhood feel with the street lamps and sidewalks. It gets more people out and walking and fosters friendliness. We feel it is a well thought out community and couldn’t be happier. I would definitely buy a Henry home again.
