Park Vue are scammers I lived there for 1year and 6 months in the beginning they were good but since the building got bought and different staff was placed everything went downhill Fast. I got my car parked at the car port and the maintenance crew keeps blowing dust all over my car this was happening every Tuesdays sometimes when I just got it washed so I went to the office and talked to Jamie pollard and told her about the situation couple weeks back and she said she was going to tell the crew not to do it but it still happened so when i told her again she said you’re the only one who’s complaining no one else is she was very rude . And another thing is that my car rear tire got slashed and supposedly they have security patrolling the area . There was another car that got the door glass broken and besides that the smell of weed in the day and night I had to close the windows. To get my repairs done it took them months to order a part and there maintenance guy was on vacation so I had to wait a lot just for a part they could have bought at Home Depot and would took care of the problem. than they got everyone to install a second party payment app called Domuso Wich was useless cause they didn’t want to touch the check cause of covid ridiculous.so to make long story short on the day I got everything cleaned before moving out I went to the office and asked Jamie pollard that if I can schedule an appointment to have a walk through inside the apartment with them and she told oh I don’t have any days to walk with you but don’t worry you don’t have to be present we’ll just look the apartment and we’ll send you the deposit. A couple of days later I got a call from a collection agency that I needed to pay $1076.00 cause they needed to painted all the walls of the apartment when it was cleaned I have recorded all the walls prior and took video of all the rooms and so forth. I have videos to prove it . But I guess they want to scam so they won’t send no refund back, Stealing money plus damaging our credit that there very good in doing . Stay away from this park Vue place move in at your own risk!!!Scam,Scam,Scam !!!!

What a beautiful community! These apartments/townhouses felt more like homes with the updated renovations and outside paint, making it look and feel very clean and spacious. Jamie did an amazing job showing me around, telling me all this place has to offer and keeping to schedule. She was very professional, yet sweet and likable as well. I especially like the units that had washer/dryer hookups and the pool looked so inviting especially on a hot day. What a great place to live, especially if you have animals. With all the new apartments being built, I’d highly recommend this one over the others. It’s more spread out, giving you more space and the building doesn’t look cheap, it’s well taken care of. Thanks to Jamie for showing me around.

Worse experience ever I lived in here . First of all when we it’s the day to move in they tell us thousands of formalities that day . Whenever we need some help it take weeks to make it done . And then our first week they Stove get burned down and they replied us that we are not supposed to use it on High and I don’t understand how long you gonna wait to cook your food . Other thing is their payment system it’s been happened from last 2 months we pay the rent and the rent get back to account . I also mailed them and they tell me you don’t have enough money on your account. After that they put inquiry on my credit and I loose 25 points on my credit karma . I would never suggest these apartments to any body . I don’t it’s just with everybody or they just doing racism with us because we are from India . I don’t know how we gonna live in those apartment until our lease getting end 🙏🏻 .

This new management team is responsive, respectful and you can tell they care about their work. After 2 or 3 bad managers, Samantha and Jamie are a breath of fresh air. I had some appliances go out and Jamie was so communicative and kept me in the loop when parts would be in. They even started doing community things again (halloween contests, snow cones ect).

FPI Management offered me a lease at The Lenox in Rohnert Park & that's about 10 miles from Park Vue on Piner Road.
After a year of no worries, I renewed the lease even after considering Park Vue, .... cuz I would qualify.
Sorta crazy comparing the two complexes that FPI manages for the owners to get "market-rate" maximum returns.
Park Vue has steeper rent w/ less sq ft than The Lenox & seems to want tenants with same "Unmatched Enviable Lifestyle " .

What's even crazier, ..... FPI Management knows how to consistently keep occupancy rates 96+ percent so that you might need to wait a few months b4 you can move in.

Would not recommend to any of my friends or family and will not leave any star for the rating. We lived here for almost 2 years and for the experience, price and the size of the apartment we are paying, I would say its not worth it. We rarely report issues and concerns with the management but they have no sense of urgency. There came to a point that we can’t even use the shower on the masters bedroom because the knob was broken, took them a month to fix it since their maintenance worker was in vacation. Maintenance workers will not take off their shoes even when its raining and step inside your carpeted unit! Our neighbors were also smoking marijuana and the smoke smell was coming out from the bathroom vents! Reported this issue to the office multiple times considering their policy that smoking is strictly prohibited, but nothing happened. Packages on the amazon locker ending up not getting the package even it says on the tracking that it has been delivered to the locker. Reported as well to the office and they just told me its not their responsibility, but its their locker! Parking spots being blocked by huge trucks, ended up not being able to use the assigned parking spot for 2 nights and parked really far! And just the parking area in general being always full because your neighbors have 5 cars and we ended up in a situation where we have nowhere to park our extra car. Their laundry room is always down most of the times having a lot of issues. It is not a quiet neighborhood and you can hear your neighbors slamming their doors in the middle of the night. The swimming pool is always packed. Based on their pool policy, it is open until 8pm only but people stay up really late, and mind you, they were so loud!

So finally we decided to move out and paid the all buyout fees, they even charged us all the moving out expenses and ended up paying them with a certain fee. The worst experice we encountered was while in the process of verification of the said amount we owed, we received a debt collection letter stating that we have not settled the amount due yet while we are still in the process of verifying the information they sent us. In the statement they have sent us, it clearly states that if you have any questions or concerns regarding the final move out statement that they sent, please do not contact the leasing office and they are “happy to assist you”. I think they meant happy to charge you more and forward to the collection agency while in the process of verification.
Exact email I sent them: “ I received a debt collection letter today regarding this dated 8/14/24 but the last response I received from your office was 8/15/24. I was about to drop off the check payment on your office on my day off, which was tomorrow, but I guess I am just going to send the payment to your collection agency.” Of course they did not respond.

Paid their collection agency which is I.Q. Data International, Inc. right away (8/20/24) after receiving their letter dated 8/15/4 which I receiced 8/19/24, but their collection agency was charging me more which they said “interest”. How can you charge someone “interest” when the bill has been settled?! Billing date was the same date my payment cleared from my bank! Their collection agency is SCAM! They charged me interest after receiving my payment. Imagine going thru all this stress?!

They will charge you the best they can to get the most out of your deposit even if you left your unit clean and spot free, then charge you for more cleaning fee! They were just for the rent money, they never cared for their tenants or making their tenants stay! So future tenants, beware

Lived here for a year moved since I found a bigger place had gone over some reviews yes there are children outside playing kids will be kids. And The apartment itself is not bad you do have to remember you are moving to an apartment built long ago windows can build mold LET THE THE OFFICE KNOW AND GET THAT INSPECTED! .The Stove top sucks And the washer and dryer are not what you are normally used to as well as the AC units aren't as great. The pool was closed a lot due to neighbors not following rules or due to repair. Parking is not bad .Sandra would respond to Emails with a timely Manner. Most repairs where done in a timely manner did cancel quit a few times took time off work to be home . Did get my deposit back in a timely manner as well.

When we first moved in September 2023 our neighbors warned us about mold in our apartment. ( People from the office knew and did not mentioned nothing about it).when the mold started appearing we did let the office know. They installed a new window and cut out the piece of wall where the mold was growing. However that did not stoped the problem. Which we again told them about. We constantly have to be cleaning the mold that grows from the wall ,window and it started growing in our furniture. What got us really upset is that our baby’s bassinet had mold growing!!! Our room has a bad smell , every time we breathe we can smell the mold disgusting! This is not a safe environment to live in. Mold causes many health problems and we started to feel them ! We are really concerned about our baby’s health. We are not happy living like this is very upsetting. Your home is where you’re supposed to feel safe which we don’t.They have done the bare minimum to try to fix the problem. We look Forward for our lease to end. If I could give 0 starts I would. We have not been rude when reporting the problem we have been patient but our health is at risk. Are we supposed to be rude so they can solve the problem?
