If I could give a -100 star review, I would. R.D. Properties is one of the worst property management companies in existence! To get anything fixed, it takes several months of consent calling and harassing to get the littlest of things fixed. Their staff is HORRIBLE at returning emails/voicemails and, the communication between landlord and tentant(s) is almost nonexistent. If you currently live in or are in the process of moving into a property owned by R.D. properties I highly suggest that you contact City Council to make sure there are no open cases with R.D. Properties and Code Enforcement, otherwise you will find yourself in a position you don't want to be in like myself.
