Not giving my apt # just believe me when i say look some were else to start i will say over the years ive been here they haven't fixed the washer and dryer they are always broken ive requested they fix it they dont, you pay for hot water for your load water doesn't come out hot...my unit has roaches due to a person that stayed behind me they moved out and came to my unit and now they wont go away pest control has came to my unit for the past two months still they just wont die..there was mold in my closet due to my hot water heater leaking they replaced and now its leaking again with mold were the hot water sets...my kitchen sink leaks and garage disposal brakes once a year...btw you might want to install cameras a neighbor of mine gotta a stero speaker stolen with other valuables out of his truck and the office cameras are so out date they couldn't help get plates or identify the bodies of suspects for the police to have evidence if you have other options open please choose them do not move here you will regret it.

I have had a bad experience sense I have moved here

1. The apartment that I put down $890 for them to hold the apartment (57) in May 2017 so I can move in July 1, 2017. I get a call on June 29,2017 the the apartment would not ready to move in.

2. I get a call from the manager saying that I confronted another neighbor. When I just went to talk to him.

3.confronting in front of other neighbor in the office about a late payment. I thought it was late after the 4th of the month

4. They are very rude.

When we first moved here, we enjoyed the peacefulness of the apt, with relativity good insulation and while we had one person playing rap at all hours, we didn’t want to complain, which was a mistake. They moved and a young mother and daughter took their spot. She was a mess and inconsiderate to everyone. They moved and another couple moved in. They are wonderful. But they had parties, they pulled their car out and left them running until we finally had to report them when they started dragging a 60 inch tv outside and playing music videos till 3 am. Management worked properly and got control immediately. I like their price-active approach and appreciate them having to police the grown people here that believe they hold no responsibility to understand that they do.

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. This place it consistently raising rent prices but the apartments haven’t been updated since the 90’s. They shut the water off almost every week because of “an emergency leak in the main”. Management is unprofessional. Need I go on?… Just save yourself a headache and look somewhere else.

My husband and I have renewed our second lease. We have met most staff including Management and have only positive feedback to share regarding our communication at all levels. Maintenance Requests have been responded to in a timely manner and any noise issues have been addressed immediately.

bad location to lease " speaking of my experience " Our Camry was stolen from our parking space & our Corolla was broken into as well. Best of luck too all the current residents & future residents hope you guys don't experience anything like this & to make matters worst I seek for help with the ladies in the office " they showed no sympathy what so ever from their body language seem like i was bothering them with my concern, requested to speak with a manager seeking for help, they couldn't provide me with the managers phone # nor name " finally our lease term ended and then I received a phone call from the manager wanting to speak about the incident. even with the bad experience of the Carmy being stolen & the corolla being broken i would have rated with a different star rate but the service i got from the office ladies made the selection of the rate of 1 star

Overpriced for an East Side apartment that hasn't been updated at all. Old appliances and shotty maintaince repairs IF maintaince ever shows up. Have to make a maintaince request several times b4 they show up and then they show up at a different time than they're supposed to. Unprofessional in general. I made a request for pest control and they waited until 7pm the night b4 to post the notice on the door. I was up late pulling everything out of my cupboards preparing for the fog and had no place to get ready for work in the morning. I should have been given more notice. They are trying to raise the rent to over $1000 for a 2 bedroom upstairs unit. As soon as I'm able, I'm out of here.

Price was good in the beginning. Now it’s over priced these apartments are old ,haven’t been upgraded for a WHILE. The sticker in my fridge that was provided by the complex says it’s practically been here since 2011. Looking to move out to buy a home soon.
