Great Community. Quiet location. But what stands out the most are the "Girls" in the office. They go above and beyond to help you. Being an active resident going on nearly 2 years, I've found Serramonte above average in all regards, and to me it's these qualities that make a difference.

Looking for a Quiet and Safe Place to Call Home with a Trustworthy Manager Serramonte Apartments is Not the Place

Serramonte apartments have a manager (Erica) who is not to be trusted. I had to abruptly move because there was an ongoing issue with noise that Erica refused to resolve, and she would order maintenance to do repairs at 6:00 am in the morning violating the lease agreement to a peaceful living environment. She doesn’t care about certain tenants, with that being said, Erica is prejudice toward African Americans.

She fraudulently overcharged me rent for 3 months (see pictures) and lied about my final account to a collection agency without due process of my dispute within days of sending me a notice of my final account.

Furthermore, there were three incidents on the premises during my stay. Two fires within one unit that burned into other units as well as a truck running into another unit next to my apartment (See pictures). Serramonte apartments are not worth putting you or your family well-being at risk.

Very bad the apartments complex are very dirt the dumpster always full of trash the laundry room are broken and dusty we complain and the manager never do nothing in conclusion I am not recommending living here

I liked living here the first 8 months. The girls in the office are great but the owners are a corporation that doesn't care about you. The security gates are always broken and the grounds are filthy. We got behind on rent and they wouldn't work with us so we were evicted. Don't rent here!

I lived in these apartments for 6-7 months and the apartment was neat and clean they told me they will refund my security deposit and it will come into my account but now it has been over a year and I didn't got any refund..

I lived there for a while and I can say I have no complaints at all. The apartment was great and has big rooms and a big living room. It was perfect for my family and I. All the neighbors were nice and minded their own business. Nobody says anything. Plus the site manager, Erika is amazing. She's so helpful and understanding. I had many packages arrive there and she made sure I got them. She is very polite and likes to make sure everyone is happy and running good. I would highly recommend these apartments. I loved my experience there. ☺️

I was getting appartment in that location for 1 year lease. I am traveling to India during my kid's school vacations. The manage of that appartment fixed that sticker on my Car on dated 22 June 2017 without any enquiry. And give warning about wrong car parking. My relatives tell to me on phone when they see that sticker on my car. Now i am in India i canot do something. I shoked. I know i was parked in legally parking line. I had lease aggrement in between that appartments and me. Why i cannot park my car in case am traveling. I think manager want to harashed me. Omg....😰😰😰😰😰😰
