This was my first time using this storage u it and it’s been my easiest one so far. They gave us complimentary locks and keys when I first stayed. No random up chargers and fair prices for the amount of space I needed. For a college student that’s gonna be a lot. Definitely do plan on coming back once I need another unit again 5/5.

I’ve put in multiple maintenance request since May of last year. None of them recently have been met. Recently found black mold and it took over 5 days for any response/action to be done. At this point I just keep a record of everything not taken care of in case I need to get legal representation. There has been a fan drying the ceiling since mid November and I’ve clearly been forgotten about. I’ve put in a list of multiple maintenance request other than this but they responded to this one but again, it took 5 days just to bring in a fan, and then do nothing else afterwards. Adding random pics of request and living conditions.

What set me off is the black mold, and was told the leak was coming from upstairs. But it’s leaking to the kitchen which is a decent distance away. Drying the ceiling and painting over it is not a fix. It’s a patch job. That stuff is still growing where it cannot be seen so now my health is thrown into this. I have tried to be reasonable.
