They don’t respond to any maintenance request. 2 pending request currently through their online portal. The first request is 3 weeks old. Our kitchen is flooding with water and no response still. Our building previously was serviced through Mashcole and we never waited more that an hour to receive any kind of maintenance service. We reached out to their office and have heard nothing back after they said they would reach out to a tech. Literally can’t use our sink to wash dishes and it is preventing us from making dinner. I can’t wait to get out of this lease and find a place that actually cares about their residents. If your thinking of using these people I strongly recommend you reconsider.
