I wanted to share my recent recent experience , they came to do a survey for neighbor , and they stepped inside my yard with no asking , with no knocking on the door , the guy promised to send me PDF of the survey , I was waiting for two months and never received nothing , when a call they didn’t pick up the phone for two days ,
And now they want to charge me full price for new survey that is ridiculous !
I do not appreciate companies like this
And wish them good luck with the bed service they providing

One big bit of advise. You have to be patient with any home project. Working with Rob and his team have been top notch. As long as you the home owner provide the right information , they can do their job like no other. Highly recommend!!

We hired Accurate Land Surveys to determine one of our property lines. From Tami in the office to the crew sent to do the survey, everyone was a pleasure to work with. They were professional and personable. I found it easy to ask questions - I had never had a survey done before - and understand their explanations. I have already already recommended them to a friend who might need a survey and our contractor has also made note based on our experience. We hired Rob Russell since unclear where property boundaries were in older Carlsbad neighborhood. Rob and his team were very professional at every step but that should be expected. After we received the report and Rob was able to find original markers from 1976, neighbor became more hostile and threatening litigation (nothing to do with Accurate Land Surveys). Throughout this mess, Rob has always been willing to let us know who to talk to at the city, county, or answer questions. The team does a great professional job and will be around to answer a question the next day or week if you need. Could not imagine you could find a better company if you need a survey. Also, through discussing with the city and county engineers, they also said they knew what they were well qualified.
