This company is masquerading as a do good company, but they are tearing up under resourced neighborhoods in San Diego. SDRE uses predatory real estate practices to snatch up properties from the vulnerable to build large scale apartment complexes. They are coming for your neighborhood next.

It’s disappointing to see real estate developers exploit neighborhoods under the guise of "revitalization," pushing ADUs into areas lacking basic infrastructure like sidewalks, curbs, and streetlights. SDRE is on the forefront of ADU development in San Diego. Extremely knowledgable with unmatched expertise in the infill development space. SDRE is helping fill the need for the additional housing units San Diego desperately needs. Thanks for providing really nice moderate income units for folks like teachers, firefighters and young professionals. I believe having deed restricted moderate income units in San Diego is especially important so that people can afford to live in the communities they serve and nobody is doing this better than SDRE!

SDRE is using Vertical MVMT for their in house contractor Co owned by Jody Watkins of Bankrupt Watkins Landmark. Subcontractors and home owners beware, Watkins took Monies from projects and did not pay the vendors. All this is public Info.
I only put one star because I had too
