I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now and I still love how spacious the apartment is! The rooms are massive; my king bed looks normal sized and the living room and dining area are a nice size as well. The complex is pretty well maintained and the manager and maintenance team has corrected every issue I’ve had within 24-72 hours from submitting my trouble request! Heather the manager is extremely helpful and responsive with all my needs and concerns! The fact that they’re so pet friendly is amazing, the pet runs are a bit smelly but what can you do pets go potty there lol ! My neighbors have grown to be like family and are so sweet! It’s the perfect distance from the shopping centers and highway, weekend mornings are so quite and peaceful and with the new automatic gate around the complex, only residents can access the apartments ! Parking is an issue but I did get a second parking spot eventually so definitely put your name onto to waiting list as soon as possible! I’ve attached pictures of my apartment for size reference (:

I have lived here for almost a year and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Heather the property manager is amazing! She helped me get all of the application issues handled (middle of a divorce made it complicated) and walked me through what she needed from me! She always has effective communication and responds as quickly as possible to answer any questions or concerns I have had.

Anytime, I have requested repairs they are there immediately, properly and with respect to my home and property.

My pets are happy and healthy as my unit has a backyard. It provides them the luxury of having their own space but on the days they have more energy there is a HUGE dog run!

The improvement they have made on the property such as the gate around the units have provided me with an even more secure sense of safety and security.

They maintenance all landscaping on the property and it always looks well kept and lush.

The neighbors are great. Most are quiet and have zero drama. I have several friends who live here at Marilla Sundance and have happy for years!

Only things I would say aren't "perfect" but still absolutely manageable would be the parking. There is no quest parking which makes things a little bit of a pain if you have guests but again completely doable.

I will wrap this up with I love my home and how comfortable I am here. Heather is here for all your needs give her a call!

Have lived here for a year and a half. Heather the Manager is very responsive and communicative. Maintenance request are solved within the same day or next day. The Apartments are kept clean and neat. The only downfall when you first move in, is the parking. It took us over a year and 3 months before we got our second parking spot. But, it was very nice of Heather to allow resident use the future resident parking after hours. But, you have to be quick before they are taken. Also, as soon as we hit our one year. The Apartment Companies took advantage of raising out rent to the max that California allows. So that kind of sucked! But, other than that. Marilla Sundance Apartments is a nice place to live.

Recently moved in and the experience has been a breath of fresh air. The manager, Heather, was so timely and communicative with our application process. The move in was a breeze, the maintenance team has been amazing, and the entire staff onsite makes you feel welcome. They’re respectful, professional, and all excellent communicators. The complex is very nice and clean. The amenities are great and always maintained. The neighbors all seem friendly so far and we have not encountered any issues. The inside of the apartment looks amazing. Modern fixtures, brand new carpet, with the majority of the flooring being hard vinyl which is so nice for cleaning. The laundry rooms are very well kept and it seems like the other residents are on it about getting their items when the washer/dryer finishes, so there’s always been some open when we needed it. The complex is quiet when expected and you can really tell the residents here respect the complex and management. It’s a great atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone looking to move.

I have been living here for 3 years and I love it. Heather is the property manager, she is so efficient, caring and on top of everything that goes on in the apartment complex. If you need something she's there to handle it all. On top it, it's one of the only apartments I've seen that allows you have any dog breed without any issues. We also have doggy runs and a place to bathe your furbabies! Its super doggy friendly! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful too!

I have to say that living here was a game changer. Heather is amazing. She is such a great property manager. She is spot on with maintenance and does a great job daily. It is hard to find good property managers who care about her tenants and it definitely shows. I loved my 2 bedroom, 2 bath and backyard. I would reccomend Marilla Sundance Apartments. The rooms r huge, bathrooms are a nice size, the water pressure is perfect. And there are 3 dog runs with a bath for the dogs...I lived here for 7 years and I truly miss it. Great job Heathet and you better get a raise because you deserve it.

Large floor plans, allowed my large dogs. Dog runs are nice to have and they just installed a dog wash makes it so much easier with big dogs.

Live here for about 7 months and it has been great. The manager Heather since the beginning of the paperwork to know whenever we need something has been amazing. Very friendly, professional, and efficient at her job. The apartment community is. Very quiet and taken care of. A big plus that it has a nice pool and the dog parks. Plan on staying here for a long time.
