I had been debating on removing some trees in our back yard for quite a while. So I went through the process of shopping around and comparing prices. After 3 estimates, I was referred to North West Florida Property Development by a friend of mine. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. The owner sat down with us to look at all 3 estimates that we had previously received and offered a better price, but he also took us through step by step and explained the cost to the penny. Furthermore not only did his crew show up on time, but beforehand the owner personally went through our schedule to ensure they could work around it. Having three school age children, our schedules can be more than hectic at times, but he did everything he could to make us feel like we were the priority. That type of customer service is quite hard to come by these days. The crew was professional, efficient, and the quality of work was phenomenal. I don't write reviews. Ever. But we had such an incredible experience with this company that I felt I owed it to them to do whatever I could to help further their position in this industry. I would recommend them over and over again.

These guys showed up on time and did a great job. I had two other companies give me estimates and North West Florida Property Development came and gave me a great estimate and followed up with me two weeks later. Outstanding work and professionalism. I'm beyond pleased with the service provided.
