I see they got my old review taken down, so let's leave a new one. My wife and I rented a house through these people for 3 years, never missed a payment and were frequently called model tenants. When the owner decided on a whim to sell the house during the midst of the pandemic, we were told to either buy the house or get out. When I informed them that we were not immediately ready to purchase a house, their attitude immediately changed to a hostile one. At the end of the day they stole $1000 of our deposit and i didn't have the energy to fight them anymore.

Beyond that, they were the bottom of the barrel when it came to maintenance requests. Minimum effort, maximum profit. I wouldn't rent from these clowns if you paid me.

Anymore you can't find that personal touch I know I've tryed and being disabled it isn't easy. Brubaker will stop to take that extra second to help you even today. I give this business whole hearty thumbs up. Kathy
