Stay away from this company. I purchased a new home in the plantation woods community in Milton, Fl and it is terrible quality. The company made us jump through hoops to get financed and they gave us a home that was in poor condition. Some of the appliances were jacked up and the home is a furnace due to the poor insulation and air flow. The guys that they send out to do the work orders are questionable on their experience. I regret not going to another builder who cares about their customers. We compared the master bathroom shower to the model and the model was larger in size and had spots to place your shampoos. We questioned this and they told us that it’s based on what materials they have available at that time. So basically you get whatever you get.
