My wife and I own a home flipping company where buying at the lowest price and selling at the highest price is critical to our business model. As a person looking for a realtor, you too should be VERY concerned with those two items. This is where Mission Realty comes in to save the day! After dealing with multiple Realtors over a bunch of years, we found Daniel Buksa and the Mission Realty Group. Not only did they treat our home buying and selling with the highest of professionalism, but also treated us personally like we were long-lost family. They helped us with advice and assistance on prepping a few homes to get the most money, and when a seller would leave piles of junk and waste upon close of escrow, Daniel and his incredible team of Realtors were there with a trailer and lots of manpower (and womanpower) to help clean up the property that the selling agent SHOULD have handled.

Since doing our first couple of transactions with them, we brought them onboard as our only real estate agents for our San Diego based home buys and sales. We've now done around 30 transactions with them. With their marketing techniques and the way they approach sales, we're always getting above market prices for our sales. Next, because they have such a solid network of friends and Realtors, quite often they have homes available to buy that are not even on the market. You can get GREAT prices on buying homes that way, so they often save us in a big way on our purchases.

Oh, and one thing that's important to us? THEY GIVE BACK...not just to us by giving us unmatched customer service, but they do endless charity events like giving hundreds of bicycles to children at Christmas time, donating tons of meals to our incredible service members and veterans, and even offering up their amazing office to local schools and groups to host parties and get-togethers.

Flat out, Mission Realty is the best of the best, and we're not the only ones saying so. They have received a long string of awards and accolades from San Diego business groups, newspapers, and annual community "Best Of" reports. You really should give them a call and see that my words ring true...Mission Realty is who you should be listing your home with - or - working with to buy you the best home at the best price!

Our realtor, Megan Horton, is amazing! As of this review, we have worked with her twice. Once to buy and once to sell. I would not work with anyone else in the area. She is incredibly attentive and responsive. She helps with anything she can and is quick to get you connected with the right person if she cannot. She went above and beyond for us and continues to do so even after closing. As an example, we had to complete deck work for a termite clearance and Megan was able to get us a fantastic deal that saved us a large chunk of change. She also came by to help me move some things when my husband deployed. Megan is an angel and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy OR sell.

Additionally, I wanted to give a shout out Daniel who came by to help haul some things to the dump for me.

This review is specifically for Megan Horton of the Mission Realty Group. Megan Horton is not a good realtor. She recently sold a home for a seller that was out of town. Taking advantage of that, she cut out potential other bidders and apparently gave it to one of her own connections. Our realtor tried to reach out to her on multiple occasions to obtain more information on the property and about what is important to the seller regarding potential offers on the home but no response. We also texted her ourselves asking about the property and still no response. We ended up placing an offer on the home nevertheless that was well above asking price since we liked the home a lot. A multi-party counter offer was sent and she faked a phone call to our realtor who tried to call her back various times after that but again no response. The home went pending a couple of hours after the counter offer expired without any prior notice from Ms. Horton or any interaction between her and our realtor. As we found out later, the home went for well below the offer we had initially submitted. It is unclear what she had said to the seller. But it seems clear that she has not acted in the best interest of the seller. She clearly has a lazy and irresponsible work ethic, and makes it a point to not respond to interested potential buyers, harming the interest of the seller. So I strongly recommend that potential future sellers stay away from her
