Worst Property management compay ive ever dealt with! Tgey want to evict us on the 5 th day after the first of the month. Never gave us a warning and paper said final warning. We've been without a heater in our house and by law and under their contract we have to have a working heater. My kids have not got any better with the flu and cold. On top of that the tenants before us pwed every utility company so that made it difficult for us to connect it under our name. The gas company did not come and turn service until after a month of moving in. As company rules I recall them saying that no one should move in until all utilies are connected. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They will keep your deposit no matter how clean you leave the house. I have always got my full deposit back from every place I have ever rented. It blows my mind on how unfair this company is and how they left my family in a hole.
