This was my wife’s assessment of the job one of job one of Corder Real Estate’s agent performed for her in the selling of her patent’s home out of the estate: I was tasked with settling my parent’s estate following their passing. When it came time to sell the home Melinda Corder was recommended to me by a family friend. I could not have been more pleased! Melinda went over and above what I think most agents provide. She walked me through each step, helped find contractors for repairs, checked on the property for me so I didn’t have to travel from Birmingham so often, and many other tasks. Denise assisted us in both the purchase and the sale of our home in Tuscaloosa and we would not hesitate to recommend her! I can’t say enough about Ashley Creel.
She went above and beyond for us.
Always available and so patient with me thru the whole process and was able to wait at the house for contractors when we couldn’t be there. That’s more than I expected in a realtor.
I highly recommend her if you need a realtor.
You will have a friend for life just not a realtor.
