We hired Legacy after having to evict a tenant, and if you've ever had to do that, it's one of the worst experiences. Greg and his team helped us through the process, and then we hired them to manage both of our properties moving forward. You don't need to look any further; this is the best management company we have worked with, and we have had rentals for over 15 years. Truly, it was a great experience with Greg. He made this decision so easy and was very responsive when we had questions.

Greg also helped us sell both of our properties so we could do a 1031 exchange, and wow, he made it simple for us, helping make connections on the exchange, which was new to us.

Greg Pizza owner/broker/real estate agent does not inform his clients that if you allow him to manage your property he will unknowingly lock you into having him sell your property. It's against the Bureau of Real Estate code of ethics to not be willing to negiotiate.
Normal management duties he rips the homeowner off! It's a good thing he can not charge the tenant otherwise he would figure out a way to rip the tenant off as well. Basic real estate management and basic real estate farming when a listing goes expired on the market Greg Pizza wants to monopolize the real estate experience on the landlord and does not want to return the full deposit which he had done nothing for my rental!
