*BEWARE* This place seemed so professional and the people were so friendly when taking our money. Our rental flooded due to a prior issue that was never fixed, instead they Mickey-Moused the repair until it created a disaster situation. We were kicked out in November and were told repairs would be made within 2-3 months MAX. Our lease is now up and this company is trying to return only $300 of our $1,600 deposit. Josh and Sierra were extremely rude and mocked my fiance when he was trying to figure out where the shortage was coming from. They then called the cops and had my mother removed from the facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR WOODROW MARTIN HANSEN. They are horrible people and think they can take advantage of people. It all makes sense why Josh stated “I feel like you guys are a good fit for this place”…..but sadly for him we are not so naive.

I did not rent but they still wanted to check things.$80 later they said my credit report was bad. Even I told them about this it was their way to get some money from me

I’ve been renting from Haskell for about three years now. From the start they were helpful, and the application process was done quickly and efficiently. During my rental time there has been issues that arose such as plumbing and ac difficulties and they were responsive to request for service and even went out of their way on many occasions to make sure my family and I were comfortable. I’ve had many landlords/rental companies over the years and this by far is the best experience I have had.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this horrible business! Don’t let these people fool you into believing that they are a good, reputable company. They will definitely scam you out of your hard earned money. They lie, they don’t follow through on their policies, you will get ripped off by them no matter what the situation is and they’ll get away with it! No one should ever be treated as terrible as this business does. I promise you, they’re not worth the headache! They really should reconsider their business name to Hassle Real Estate since that is exactly what they are!!

If I could write a negative star I would , I lived at one of the properties, if your electricity goes off trust they won’t answer the phone to get an electrician (even thou it’s their responsibility) oh you have ants because they have disgusting over flowing trash in there parking lots well that’s too bad they aren’t gunna help ! Oh don’t forget ! If homeless people come on to the property to smoke and leave needles and pee on your stairs Haskell DEFINITELY DOES NOT CARE , save yourself the headache just rent from literally anyone else

This place is great for managing my property. I dealt with a tenant who stopped paying rent and cost me a significant amount of money. They were prompt and helped me with dealing with this tenant in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again.

Helping landlords throw out the elderly illegally against Law code AB1482. Absolutely horrible, greedy behavior of local landlords who intimidate an elderly woman and try to force her to pay for Owner neglected repairs (over 2 decades of neglect) - or face eviction.

currently renting from them. they have to be the worst rental company ever. Josh is the only nice one and he gets everything done that we ask him. Our toilet broke months ago and flooded the place and we got it replaced and now we are having issues with it and they are blaming us. In reality their plumber that just worked behind the toilet messed it up, it was fine before they came over. Maxine and Don's manners or lack of manners are just out of this world. They have a smart remark for everything and talk down to you. We pay a good amount for this house and don't even have a grass backyard (no sprinklers) and our carpet is as old as this house and I was told it was built in 1993 (yuck). The renters before were careless and we have been making the house better since we have gotten it but yet all we get from the company is talked down to as if we trashed the place. If you need to rent a house try and stay away from this company and if you have no other choice speak to Josh.
