I am very pleased with Act First Properties. The entire experience from the initial meeting, the negotiation and the closing was very professional. I spoke with Andre on the phone & we set a time/day to view my house. I met Clay at the house & instantly felt comfortable and could tell just from our conversation that he was an honest person. The house wasn’t in the best shape due to years of being empty. There was no judgment or hesitation on his end. He assured me that we didn’t have to clean the house out & anything that we didn’t want would be disposed of by their crew. This was such a big relief for us.
If you are looking to get rid of your house quick with very little work on your part then definitely call Act First Properties. You won’t be disappointed!

I contacted Clay to have him make an offer on our last rental property. He was very thorough during his work Inspection process. He made an offer, we negotiated and went to closing.

The process was very quick and easy. I had a Tennant that had to be relocated, once she moved we closed.

Very nice, low pressure transaction.

I highly reccomend doing business with him for quick transactions in properties you want to sell.

He is very dedicated and will do well with any person he works with.

Our family received a recommendation for Act First Properties by a neighbor. After contacting Clay, we quickly went through the process of having the property inspected, appraised and closed within a few weeks time. Clay was very considerate and accommodating when we had to have a few more days before vacating the property after closing.
