DO NOT hire Gabriella Trujillo to manage your property. Never responds timely and when worse comes to worse with tenants, she removes herself from the situation and leaves the landlord hanging. Someone needs to take her to court so she stops scamming people that trust her with their properties.

Trashy and Scammer company. Same company is IE Rentals who keeps changing their name due to all the lawsuits. They change their name because they awe slumlords.

Terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. You are better off managing your own property or having a 3 year old manage it for you. These people do not return phone calls. And if they do they give you the run around about why they haven’t return your calls. They collect rent late. And if there are any problems with your property, they tell you about it at the very last minute and hold your rental payment.
