DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. ANYTHING YOU READ IN THE REVIEW IS HEAVILY TRUE! IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING ONCE THEY WILL FIND ANY LITTLE EXCUSE TO GET YOU OUT FAST! THEY WONT FIX ANYTHING WHEN YOU TELL THEM AND LIKE IT WAS MENTIONED IN PREVIOUS REVIEWS THEY WILL BLAME YOU AND NOT DO ANYTHING EVEN WHEN ITS NOT YOUR FAULT! IF THEY DO NOT LIKE YOU THEY WILL NEGLECT ALL WORKS THAT NEED TO BE DONE IN THE HOME YOU ASK THEM TO DO. FOR THE PAST 10 MONTHS AND MORE THEY TOLD THEYRE GARDENING AND CLEANING CREW TO STOP CLEANING UP MY BACKYARD WHEN CLEANING SERVICES COME WITH RENTING THIS PLACE! SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE MOVED OUT AND ALWAYS SAY THEY ARE A HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT SO SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY WILL GIVE YOU HELL ABOUT ANY LITTLE THING AND FIND A WAY TO GET YOU OUT!

These people are frauds they will terminate your lease if you tell them things need fixed they have the worst maintenance supervisor that will lie to the owner just to put get you put out. He will rig stuff up so it will only work for 2 minutes. They will blame you for complaining about things being wrong with the property pool stayed green and dirty grass dead do not rent at 8608 indian clover CT there is something big crawling in the attic stove is a mess they will not fix it has nats flying through the house shower is mildew toilet leaks just trust me we was in a rush to move and disregarded all these negative reviews believe them they are real. They don't mind putting you out. And the Gardner omg horrible. 0 stars

The heavy set white woman at the front desk is definitely not someone pleasant to talk to. I wouldn't wish my worse enemy to have to deal with her.

My roof leaks every year and they refuse to replace the roof which needs it badly. Garage ceiling had caved in at least 3 times since I've been here. It's leaking again, I let them know a month ago and still no one has come out. They "schedule" an appointment through their app and then don't honor it. When I call the lady is rude and hangs up on me or puts me on hold and never comes back. If I could afford to move, I would in a heart beat. Do not rent with this company, they do not care about their tenants.

You should have an attorney before renting from them. My family has lived in a home for over three years the week before school starts they give us a 30 day notice because the property sold. They did not serve us the correct way but I do not have the time to fight it. HORRIBLE OWNER!!! Contacted him to see if I could get the deposit back since it sold as a short sale "as is" said they would need to do a walk through first. The new owners bought as is so why I would not get my deposit back is absurd. The company has NO VALUES. Never fixed problems when I called. I do not ever leave a review on anyone but if I can save one person from renting from them it will be worth it. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE must be the ethics the owner has set. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM WITHOUT A LAWYER!!!!! Everyone with a problem should report it to BBB, I am going to.

This is honestly the worst rental company known to man. They are absolute SCAM artists and will rip you off for every ounce of your deposit with bogus fees and repairs. Hire an attorney prior to putting in your 30 days to protect yourself and your hard earned money. I will also be reporting this company to the BBB.

Never will rent from them again! I let them know I had a roach problem. I was informed that they were responsible for sending someone out to spray for bugs. No one ever came. I called about 2x a week for 2 weeks, 3rd week, I called daily. Each call, they assured me THEY would send someone and it would be covered by them. My very last call about it, I said "I have a baby in my home, i don't want roaches all over. A few people have told me someone will come out and nobody has come 3 weeks later" and made a point that this was extremely important to me. The lady then said something along the lines of "if you truly care about your daughter, you Would've taken care of it by now rather than keep calling us". I was so mad! This was my first apartment as a young adult, and I made sure to ask on my first call if it was covered by them or me, in order to be sure what to expect. So not only did nobody ever come, but I was insulted as a parent. I understand companies get busy, fall behind, and I can be patient, but this was NOT ok.
