Trent is a great pleasure to work with. Daniel their previous employee was also wonderful to work with. After three years of having BEST as our property manager, overall the experience is positive. We receive our payments on time. The tenants seem to be keeping the house in okay condition. We aren't always notified via at text or call when things pop up on our property. We requested the staff call us to obtain our approval to proceed with a fix, if a job is over a certain amount. This was our agreement with Trent, unfortunately, that hasn't happened recently. Otherwise, I would recommend them for their professionalism, timely response, and management of your property.

I had the displeasure of renting a property managed by this company and was put through hell for 2 years. I never made a late payment and always communicated when things needed to be fixed. They never fixed anything unless I threatened to withhold rent. Trent harassed me the entire duration of living there, and even threatened to file an eviction because he wanted me to move out so the owners could move in, without compensating me for my loss (in the middle of Covid restrictions). They withheld my security deposit and made false claims that I destroyed the property. I took this company to small claims and won my judgement. Trent appealed the judgement, so we went to court a second time, and I won again. If you don't want to be disrespected, harassed or called out of your name, I wouldn't recommend working with this company. They are very prejudice and will go out of their way to play the victim role.

I experienced the WORST experience EVER from this company. I went to look at one of their properties. I ALWAYS ask questions before I make any type of decisions. I clearly asked what are the qualifications to apply for the property, TRENT the owner explained to me that their weren’t any credit requirements. They approved me a few days after I applied. I put my deposit down & almost two weeks later I call getting a update on a previous question I had asked & was waiting on a response. Lin finally answers the phone but only to tell me my application was denied because the owner did not approve my credit. How do you approve someone & then two weeks later deny them? I have never heard of anything like this. I spoke with TRENT personally and his response is that he pretty much ONLY cares about making his client happy. But by approving a family for a home & then two weeks later saying you were denied. I had to reach out to this company to even find out that I Supposedly got denied! They just sent my deposit in the mail without even speaking to me about the situation. For two weeks I have been packing my belongsin my current home because I have to move next month thinking in my knowledge that I was already approved for this property. All I am saying is be CAREFUL!! I’m the one sitting here stressing to find a different place in very little time for my family. You weep what you sew & this was wrong on ALL LEVELS!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I rent my home with Best Realty , and I have been very pleased with their quality of customer service. The application process was a breeze and they guide you through any questions you may have. Their staff is top notch and very polite. If there's a problem with the home , they are on it immediately and take care of the worry for you. They really make you feel at home. I'd definitely recommend my Best Realty team to anyone looking for a home. You'll be very pleased.

Trent and staff are conscientious and supportive. They assist their clients in making sure all laws and ordinances are followed. They assist with finding new renters and keeping good renters. They also know how to handle those situations that need extra care and enforcement. I highly recommend them as great people and an organization that will keep you very happy.

Trent who owns the company I have not had any issues with, he seems professional. However ever since Daniel left the office, the office staff is very rude and the utmost unprofessional. They have not any idea how to, speak to any one in a professional manner. They do not inform tenants of updated ways to pay rent. Even when I WROTE DOWN my email address for them to sent a link/info. So that I could pay online, they still used my old email address, when I have corresponded with them on previous occasions prior with my new one. Every time time I have called the office I swear I am dialing a trailer park office!! Also interesting to note that their responses to ratings here are again UNPROFESSIONAL. I am not sure what exactly happened in the office but this is not the same company I first rented from. Please train your staff better Trent.

I have been a tenant for over four years and they truly are the Best! Trent and Lori are wonderful. If anything needs to be done or repaired they take care of it right away. My experience with this company has been awesome.

Set up a time with Trent to view a house, confirmed with him the day before. After waiting at the house for an hour I called the office as that was the only number I had, they said they would text him but were generally unhelpful. I also emailed Trent letting him know we were sitting there waiting for him with . No email or call back. I called the office again, everyone had left for the day so I left a message saying I was waiting at the house.

I got a call the next from someone at the office saying the open house was today. I explained that Trent had no showed and that I lived 90 minutes from the house. The woman was unsympathetic and did not apologize. Trent has still not apologized.

It seems that this company when it has bad reviews lashes out at the reviewer. So I am interested to see what Trent has to say about me.

This review would not have happened if Trent at the very least apologized for his mistake. I've attached a screenshot of the email.

UPDATE: Trent is claiming I have bad credit. Never checked my credit, here is another screen shot where he admits to not being at the house on the correct day. Whoever runs their google account is a loser and a liar.
