So I just got a letter from these slim lords about increasing my rent. I've been trying to get my AC/Heating fixed for 8 months. Yeah 8 months no AC and no Heat and they have the nerve to ask for more money. Worst property management company ever!

Would give no starts if I could Literally just wants your money lady who answered the phone was so rude and was talking over me they don’t have a website to view available homes I wanted to see a house before I applied for it to make sure it was something I’m interested in but they said they needed money up front before I could see any homes which is ridiculous because why would I pay up front for something I’m not even sure about. On the bright side I believe I dodged a bullet with this company

They refuse to fix heating for the elderly! I've been trying to get them to fox it since July 2024. They suffered in the summer and now they won't give them HEATING!

All you guys are doing is complaining why don't we all come together and get rid of this property management they are playing monopoly with renting out places and that's against the law there's no where to rent without there names on it this place is the worst to rent from and they don't care about the people that's given them money to stay that's all they care about is to pay the people in the office to work there and not take care of there propertys I seen someone went without heat and ac should of turned them in get that place shut down

I lived here for almost 2 years don't rent from these people this place is ghetto these people won't fix anything there's trash outside side they charge you $995 a month until you move in then they start charging you $1082 a month they trap you take my advice don't rent from them

Terrible place to apply for apartments, they’re liars and will always change up their answers and will dodge you every chance they get and will deny you based off of frustration. So I highly highly recommend never to apply at this office for anything. Terrible service and no people skills here , if I can give a negative 5 stars I would.
