They do not want you to feel at home. They will fine you if you put more than three plants outside of your apartment and have a pool they haven’t let us use for several months now, including most of the summer months of this year. Very unaccommodating in terms of pest control, management was not clear at all that if we don’t have pest control treat our apartment every month we will be dealing with an infestation.

Moving and we’ve had a hard time with the applications, but George went out of his way to help us out with this. He went as far as working through his lunch to get us moved in and when he turned over the keys and did a walk-through the apartment he said if there was anything wrong That we could call him at any time and he’ll have them fixed. Made it Easy and fast so far cleanest and safest apartment I’ve been at.

Lived here. For 2 years, management is good but they seem to have a hard time keeping any decent maintenance people on staff. Closest pool was hardly open less half my time there.
There is dog poop all over the dirt areas even though dog bags are provided.
Place is not really kept up all that well.
First year on ground floor had mare than 6 slab leaks in my aparrment.

Lived here for 5 years until we got a forever home. I loved Anchorage. I felt safe with guards and security. The office management went above and beyond as did maintenance. The pools were always maintained, the views were fantastic, and Phil’s next door was great. Would move back in. Heartbeat if I had to!

Me and my wife have lived here going on a year neighbors are great my daughter loves the kids around here very safe environment other than that management is far from great we get no notifications via email or flyers telling us when the water is going to be off which will be turned off at least six times a month I haven't had a hot shower in about a week multiple times we've contacted management and we've either gotten a smart remark back or no response at all we pay on time all the time and shouldn't be treated like this so please be warned future renters

I have lived here since 2016 due to the affordable cost (at the time), and many of the issues that plague this location have yet to be addressed. This place suffers from cracked slabs/ foundations, constantly malfunctioning plumbing, broken gates to the parking lot, bugs getting into units from unknown locations (despite how much we clean the place), tenants who smoke tobacco and/or marijuana where it will blow into your unit and a management team that RARELY answers the phone. Even the "emergency" line for maintenance goes unanswered. As soon as possible I will be taking my family out of here and never looking back.

Update: Smokers have made this place nearly uninhabitable. We cannot air out our unit because of the stink outside. We are exploring whether this issue can be resolved through litigation. Renter beware.

Update May 2024: This place is absolute garbage. Management had my car impounded out of my own parking space that I've had because it was ASSIGNED to my unit, but they didn't repaint the numbers after rearranging some spaces. They then arbitrarily TOOK AWAY my two spaces, and now want to charge and extra $45/ month to get it back. You now need to have a permit to park in the lot (we knew this was going to happen, but management failed to notify us WHEN and they made minimal effort to do so). I've lost so much money because of the way this place is run. Unless you have cash to burn, I highly recommend you NOT live here (although if you have cash to burn, why stay here in the first place?). Thankfully, this is the last time this place screws me, as I am leaving this horrible place with horrible management when my lease expires. Again, I must reiterate: RENTER BEWARE. Keep an attorney in your back pocket when dealing with this place.

Update post relocation: They continue to ignore or not return our calls, and thus have not returned our security deposit. Will update if/ when this matter changes.

Horrible management, gave deposit a month before move in Date. And Asianet was not ready, after 4 months had to contact the county to get a evoke detector instances instead of wires hanging out of ceiling. Had a water leak in the ceiling. And to check for mold the cut open the wall. Can't park a full Suze vehicle. All spaces were made for compact cars so they could have more suave to charge for. And then there is the cockroaches. Just a nasty place.
