Tenant of one of their properties. If you are considering them, be aware - They offer little to no amenities. Rarely update the inside of units. Never treat for pests even though many residents complain of roach infestations and termites. Pool in my complex has been closed over 3 years even though it is in one of the hottest areas of San Diego.

this is the worst! we've now been without hot water for 8 days and they THINK it will be fixed tomorrow. This isn't the first time the hot water has been out, but it is the first time it's been off for this long. The outside temperatures have been in the 50's to low 60's during the warmest part of the day, we cannot take freezing cold showers. Not to mention hand washing in cold water is not to CDC guidelines during this pandemic. They've offered nothing to help, just "we're working on it. sorry for the inconvenience". 8+ days is not an inconvenience. They have not offered temporary housing or rent reduction or anything except for their apologies. I haven't even lived here for 2 years and my file for the notices we receive (usually regarding frequent water shut off's) is almost as thick as the rental agreement with all of the handouts regarding asbestos, lead paint, rules, parking, etc. The onsite manager is nice, but her hands are tied as to what she can do. This property management, at least at our apartments: Broadway Manor, is horrible.

I am very happy with the service offered, the workers treat you with kindness, the service is top quality, the food is very good and the best of all is the good, beautiful and accessible price, I recommend visiting this place.
