It's been a long time since I rented a property and I am so glad I chose Bakersfield Property Management. Nancy has been absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to meet with me after business hours to view the property and the application process was seamless as she was able to answer all my questions. On my first night I was unable to get any hot water but I was able to use the app to make a maintenance request. I had a call back within minutes and my problem was solved instantly.
