Update 9/10/2024 - my HOA fee is now $515 ...this is crazy to pay $515 in Fountain Valley.

Posted in 2023 - I owned my condo for 2 years and Seabreeze raised the HOA from $335 to $475. It seems odd and the property is not being cleaned up or maintained. We have a cockroach issue through-out New Chase and broken pipes. Some of my neighbors reported cockroaches at the swimming pool ... very unhealthy living.

I wish it were possible to give fewer than 1 star. This company manages the HOA at my home and has me considering selling because they are so unpleasant and difficult to work with. Our community doesn't have a pool and isn't fully landscaped, yet we are charged $470/month; with the 115 homes in this community, that equates to $648,000 annually. Clearly that money just goes towards lining their pockets, not improving the community.

They are quick to issue fees and demand payment immediately upon any violation (i.e. parking in a guest spot), but don't respond to my emails when I have questions/concerns. Its been 13 days without a response to my most recent email now. Frustrated is a gross understatement for how I feel about Seabreeze.

Me and my boyfriend have live here for a little over a year now. I must say when we initially moved in management wasn’t really trying to take care of anything but now with new management they are extremely professional and get their stuff done. Seabreeze has been amazing since they started working with our community and there’s no doubt in my mind that we will be here for a few more years and are grateful for them.
