We are very happy at lakeview village apartments! The units are charming and have a nice layout with a spacious patio area. They all come with a garage and a washer/dryer! The rent rates are some of the best in the area which we are very thankful for.
It’s really nice to be so close to the lake too so that’s a bonus. The community manager, Claudia is very caring and approachable. She’s always ready to help with any and all concerns. I have enjoyed living here tremendously.

My only complaint is the parking situation. A problem that never seems to truly get resolved. You can’t park in your garage because you’ll get blocked in or out of it. There are several people in the complex who continue to park in red zones as if the rules don’t apply to them and without any real consequence. It’s very difficult to get a parking space inside the complex or even on the side street sometimes depending on the hour because there are cars that won’t move for weeks/months at a time. There are 2 cars on the street alone currently that are inoperable and haven’t moved. Several residents have multiple cars in the complex and switch them out to ensure that nobody else can get a space. It’s an ongoing issue and very frustrating. Something to think about if you care about parking.

Just wanted to give out some kudos to my property manager Claudia Frausto and the maintenance guy Alex. (Sorry don’t know Alex last name.) I have been here now for a few years. Ever since the first day, Claudia has shown nothing but professionalism and super friendly. Had nothing but great experiences with them. If there is anything I need fixed or help needed, Claudia will reach out immediately to take care of me. Alex will come over and completed the task in a timely matter. If there is any issues or complications in the fix, he lets you know what’s going on or updates along the way. Just to let us know and not stress over that issue. Those two people know what it is to not only take care of and run a property, but their customer service is top notch. Making sure you feel at home instead of just a place. Thank you for always looking out for us and keeping this property clean, safe, fixed up, and friendly. So kudos to them both!!!!!!

I am very happy that I decided to move into Parkview. It is a very peaceful family community and is well kept up. The manager Claudia is the sweetest person. She makes sure to get back to me as soon as she can and always makes sure to help me with any issues that I may have. Alex the maintenance guy is always on the move. He is a respectful hard working person. He makes sure to keep the property in good condition. I am very pleased.

Claudia has been an amazing manager! She’s a very hard worker and always very caring and follows up with any concerns I have. As well Alex, any issue that come up he will be on it and fixes the issue. They are both very kind and respectful. Living in Parkview has been a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

It’s been nice living here. You have your little things here and there that you might like or dislike about the apartments , But Claudia and the maintenance man juan are the reason it’s been easy and comfortable to live here. She is very understanding and helpful when it comes to issues you bring to her about the apartments. Juan is always there when you need to fix something in the apartments with all residents as I’ve seen and experienced. Overall great apartments and amazing staff.

I have been living at Lakeview Village apartments for a year, and it has been a great experience to be part of Lake Elsinore. It is a peaceful town to be a part of. I love the events held downtown such as the farmer's market, parades, or car shows. At Lakeview Village apartments, Claudia Fausto has been a considerate and thoughtful manager for the tenants. She has responded promptly to phone calls. Juan Carrera has been a dedicated, resourceful, and helpful maintenance worker on the property. He manages to get repairs done effectively and with ease.

I am very pleased with Lakeview Village apartments. I’ve lived in so many different apartments and Lakeview is by far the best place that I have lived. The manager, Claudia and the maintenance guy, Juan, contribute to that. If I have an issue with anything, they are quick to respond and assess the situation right away. They are very kind people and are always in a good mood when I see them. I also love the scenery!
