Avoid.

After doing a self guided tour, I tried to get a hold of the leasing agent assigned to a property of interest 5 separate times over 2 weeks so that I can ask some final questions (including how to fill out an application). When I did get a response, they said they would follow up with me asap but they never did. The property has another agent listed so I call that person, and he informed me that he believed the property is now off the market (understandable since it's been nearly a month since I first contact these guys) but he'd call me back to confirm... never did 🙂

Considering how difficult it is to get a hold of them when you're trying to give them your money, imagine how difficult it will be to get a hold of them for other things once you have a contract.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
