The noise transmission between units in the building is the worst I’ve ever experienced in any apartment I’ve rented. I can hear my neighbors talking, using the sink, flushing toilet, literally every step they take... Management is friendly and mostly responsive to repairs etc, but I was misled by the leasing agent, Karen, who when asked about noise, said there was no history of complaints. I know know that to not be true. I would warn prospective tenants to stay away from renting here. It will negatively affect your quality of life.

Do not work with Adaptive Realty. Look at Yelp reviews. We have had tremendous issues with Adaptive management, but to spare you the headache of reading all of them, trust all of the negative reviews and know that people are only giving one star because we can’t give negatives. Avoid at ALL costs.
