I had a very unpleasant experience living here.

First, the front tire of my bike was stolen from the apartment garage. The vertical bike racks available in the garage prohibited the use of a large U-shaped locked around the bike and front tire, resulting in my stolen tire as well as other fully stolen bikes and tires.

I reported the theft to management and received no compensation or action towards finding the thief (even though I was not the only victim of theft).

Fearful for my property, I moved my bike to the common area in the shared apartment living space, according to management directions at that time. Management then changed, and requested that I move the bike to the garage (which I was NOT comfortable doing). I was in active communication with management about a storage solution for the bike when one morning, unannounced, a person from management came to confiscate my bike.

My roommate saved the bike from being taken away. Management then assured me that they had recently fortified garage security and that my bike would be safe there.

After this promise from management, my roommate had HIS bike stolen from the apartment garage.

In addition, our apartment unit also had a dangerous roommate situation which was BRUSHED over by management.

A tenant moved in who backed my other roommate up against a way and verbally abused her. This same roommate also used my bathroom (after I requested he didn't) for about 3 months (had stuff in my shower, etc.) and tampered with my bathroom such that my things were flooded. He also threw things at another roommate, yelled at us, and refused to compromise on a single thing.

Management did little to nothing, claiming that this roommate just did not understand the female perspective.

Both myself and my other female roommate moved in with our friends to avoid being around this aggressor. We made this clear to management, and they did nothing.

It took physical violence (a full-blown fist fight) between the aggressive roommate and another male roommate for management to take notice- even though we had been cataloging and reporting the aggressive roommate's actions to them for months.

On top of ALL of this, the billing for utilities was NEVER properly explained, and new roommates into your unit were never announced.

I had an excellent experience staying at this apartment, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Vicente. From the moment I arrived, Vicente was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. He was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Vicente's exceptional service truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay!

My overall experience was really pleasant, I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into the process but after meeting with Vicente I felt reassured that I made the right choice. His demeanor, attitude, professionalism, and hospitality solidified my decision that this was the place for me. My stay was great and I felt really lucky to have stumble across an opportunity like this and to have someone supporting me around the clock for my every want and need was a blessing. I had moved to this co-living space and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The community here is vibrant and welcoming, making it easy to feel right at home. The amenities are cozy and relaxing, but my favorite part is the rooftop. It is the best way for me to end my long days overlooking the city. The location is central and feels safe even at nighttime I. The time I’ve been there which is something I take into huge consideration as a women. Another one of the standout aspects of living here is the new property manager and staff. Him and maintenance are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to ensure that residents have everything they need. Whether it's addressing maintenance issues promptly or providing quick communication it shows they care about my living experience.

Vicente’s dedication to his work is evident in every interaction. He promptly addressed any concerns or maintenance issues, ensuring that our home is always in top condition. I’m only a few months in living here and our experience has been nothing short of outstanding, thanks to our property manager, Vicente O. From day one, he has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Absolutely blew all my expectations and doubts I've had dealing with different property management groups I've worked with in the past. Vicente from Centinela property management takes pride in work which is hard to come by these days and I couldn't be more thankful for him.

Lamar Jackson(the greatly appreciated & helpful Maintenance Technician), has been a Godsend throughout my whole move-in process(from tightening my coat hook to familiarizing/informing me of or with Latch locks and the new door locks we now have for our personal spaces & fixing my bathroom light along w/ a list of other minor fixes) regardless of my failure to submit a maintenance ticket as I should lol. He literally reminds me of how business is supposed to be done and he casually does it with a smile as if nothing else should be expected. Is there a way for me to further express my sincere appreciation?! 😉

I hoped that I wouldn't have to leave any review once I move out but it's just impossible with these guys. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And all these positive reviews are fake. You write one honest feedback which is usually negative and they put tons of fake positive reviews to cover the real ones. Anyway, nobody cares about you at this place, especially after you sign the lease. Any request or complaint is ignored. Or it takes them forever to solve your issue. Safety is another concern. The doors don't have any locks and people just walk into rooms. My new two roommates started walking into other rooms once they moved in. That was my biggest concern. Also people with drug and alcohol issues. The police used to be our frequent guest. I am not going to say anything about how dirty and stinky the place is. Something that they won't probably be able to fix. And now, my favorite part, the deposit. First, they took half or more of my deposit saying that they had to fix walls, doors, cleaning fees, etc. I know myself, I keep everything super clean and organized. The room, especially the walls, were not touched. I cleaned well the room when I moved out. I took videos and photos of my room when I moved in and on the day when I moved out. And when I asked them to send me pictures of the works they did and mentioned that I could send them the videos I got, they went silent and still keep ignoring me. And in the end, they didn't even return the remaining part of my deposit. It looks like they try to somehow get money because the building is empty and they are struggling to get people in. The only good side of the place is that it's in a good location. But considering the way it operates, it is not worth your nerves or your money. They have so called special offer, refer a friend, get some discount. No, I would not recommend this place.
