Redwood Village is the ideal place to live. Danielle Perez, the property manager, is both extraordinarily friendly and professional, creating a fantastic atmosphere in every aspect. We have a wonderful community at Redwood with lots of community events that make us resident feel special. The property is up kept, well -maintained, and always clean. I would like to give a personal thanks to Mr. Thomas Safran , as well as his associates . Redwood Village is a wonderful place to live. With 52 Redwood trees on the property, I live in the forest. The management is professional and caring. Work orders are promptly taken care of. I was on the waitlist for 4 year and I am so grateful, this place saved me from an abusive relationship. My 3 kids and I are safe with the cameras and gate surrounding the property. I have been living at one of the Thomas Safran properties for twenty five years. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The property is so well maintained. The manager, the maintenance and the janitorial are wonderful. The landscape crew upkeep the property plants and trees so they are beautiful. I just moved here in Breezewood Village, La Mirada Dec. 2022 and the first time I saw this place I’ve already feel a peace of mind.
This village is excellent and great place to live in. I don’t have any complaints. The admin Lorena and Mario are always ready to accommodate you with a smile on their face.
Places and areas are always cleaned and I feel very secured. Neighbors are very nice.

Each time I look out my window I delight at the sight of verdant shrubbery and blooming variety of flowers...an environment so well maintained. The pool site, gym, and resident hall are always kept clean , lending a feeling of well-being to us, residents. We enjoy a wide variety of fun activities often enriched with snacks and delicious dishes prepared and served by staff. The respectful and accommodating attitude of the Breezewood team towards us, residents makes us feel valuable and well-esteemed as members of our society. The autumn morning of the Breezewood Village is cool. In accordance with time goes by, our life is also going to the tommorow which we do not know. When the new day breaking to the village, the autumn morning sing a song to us as "Life is beautiful".

They are the most thorough management company when it comes to paperwork and income verifications for affordable housing. This is good to ensure those who really qualify receive it. Only issue is they shouldn’t require people on their waitlist to come in person every 4 months to updated all their paperwork and verifications. That should only be done once a year. It’s difficult and very expensive to travel to their LA office when you’re disabled.
