HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO MILITARY FAMILIES!!

Rental Property Professionals is the best property management company we've ever had. VERY military friendly! Always reasonable. Desiree is always very polite and prompt with communication. We have rented a house through this company for two years and plan to continue to do so. As long as we live in the area, we will use Desiree for our housing needs. Have never had any problems whatsoever. Quite the opposite actually. These folks have gone above and beyond as property managers. They truly care about their clients. We are truly so appreciative to have found them. I cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend!!

Desiree and Jared at Rental Property Professionals are absolutely wonderful to work with! We rented a home from them for 2.5 years and never once had a problem. The only reason we are no longer customers, is relocating for a job to a different state. They are honest, timely, trustworthy, and just great people. Not only did we love our house with them, but they were easy to work with! We paid our rent online, which was a great feature! Also, we just received our check in the mail of our deposits very soon after moving out with no outrageous charges. I have heard horror stories from other companies in this area and I was never worried about being treated unfairly with RPP! I would HIGHLY recommend renting through Rental Property Professionals. If we ever move back into the area, we will be seeking them out again! Thank you RPP for running a wonderful business!

My husband and I are both active duty military. We rented a house from RPP for 18 months until we got orders. Two days after I submitted our 30 day notice they were scheduling people to view the home during times we said we weren't available. We have a large dog we keep freely in the house and they were comfortable bringing strangers into our home because they preferred the tenants not be there. Kim was terrible to work with and had an attitude every time I talked with her. This company was terrible to us after we were reliable tenants for 18 months.
They charged us $40 for 3 light bulbs to be replaced in the bathroom among many other overpriced "fixes" they did once we moved out. They also charged us rent for the full month after we moved out and had paid the prorated amount for the partial time we rented that month. When we called them to dispute it they told us to take it up with our bank and made it very clear they could care less.
Rental property Professionals only cares about getting tenants in houses and getting paid, they had very poor customer service and treated my family terrible. Do not recommend, especially for military families that may have to move at a months notice like we did.

Rental Property Professionals has BY FAR exceeded every expectation we had for a property management company. After managing and maintaining our rental home long distance for over 5 years we no longer wanted the stress of doing everything on our own. From the moment we contacted Desiree at RPP we have been nothing short of impressed. She is extremely quick to respond and always answers all of our questions no matter how small. Desiree found us a renter one day after our tenant gave notice and turned over our house that needed a laundry list of repairs in just nine days. I cannot say enough good things about Rental Property Professionals!

Rental Property Professionals has been wonderful to work with on my family's rental home. Their online portal makes it very easy to look up our accounting records and see any work that needs to be done. Desiree screened the tenants thoroughly and I have full confidence that they will take care of any "issue" that may arise. This company will be nice to you to get your business then will do a 180 and break contracts/not follow california laws when it comes to renters. Currently working on getting this company blacklisted for Military members.
