I use Integrity Pro Cleaning and Beth is the best. She comes to me in west Lancaster to clean and she never forgets the small stuff that I like her to do. She also cleans my rentals and I know with her the job gets done and I don’t have to check Her work. She’s always there on the day she is scheduled and is never later. Thanks Beth!

"Integrity" is the best way to describe Beth's work ethic! She has cleaned my home and rentals of mine over the years and communicates regarding any and all details prior to the clean and follows up afterwards. Her cleaning crew have always been polite and thorough. You mostly hear only the complaints on these websites, which means you don't know both sides. Don't judge comments from the "landlords" who procrastinate from repairs necessary and schedule cleaning at the same time! That is not reasonable or fair that a cleaner walk in while repairs are being made. Anyway, like I said there are two sides. Keep up the great work Beth and don't let anyone deter you from your successful business!

Integrity pro cleaning will do it all, Beth and her crew have cleaned my house for many years. They are very detail oriented, they care for my needs, very professional and reliable, A++++

The review from Ronni West was so un-true. She keeps changing her story too. It was a vacancy clean that she said she was ready for her cleaning, but we got there she had all these people there working on the house and my technician couldn't work around them. She'd get an area clean and they'd go in and make a mess working. The client left and didn't come back soon. Technician kept cleaning for 2 hrs.
Never paid for the work the cleaning tech did. Client just threatened me. We are a professional cleaning business of 31 years. Please know this is so untrue. I'm telling the true, from my heart.

I requested house cleaning services from Integrity pro. The housekeeper arrived with quite the attitude. Before she would start cleaning, she complained about my plumber who was replacing the shower valve in the master shower. I explained to the house cleaner that the plumber would be done shortly and that she could begin working in the front of the home, kitchen, bedrooms and the two separate bedrooms. The cleaner seemed to agree and started working. The woman worked for an hour and left, there was no word, notice or explanation. She said Nothing, just left. My tenants were moving in the very next morning and I was left to clean the house. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Beth and her staff did a great job cleaning our rental house, after our tenants moved out. Beth arrived promptly on our first meeting and explained in detail what I could expect of her services. Once we agreed on a work date and price, she did the rest! She delivered on everything that was discussed, and her communication throughout the process was impressive. I highly recommend them.

I am a 76 yr. old widow. I need good professional and efficient folks to help me keep my home neat and clean and tidy. Beth and crew met those standards so well. They were very helpful and courteous and did a fantastic job for me. They took , for me, my industrial type green rubber carpets that I have in my hallways and kitchen area and thoroughly sanitized them. My home smelled so delightfully clean and fresh and even my company remarked how nice they looked. My wood floors looked so beautiful also. I highly recommend Beth and crew to anyone who wants to feel good about this service. They know their stuff.
