I recently called Karp Land Surveys to ask for a survey to determine whether or not a tree that had fallen during a storm was on my land. This needed to be done in a timely manner like, “yesterday”, and David made himself available to conduct a survey asap. He arrived at my property within 3 days of our initial contact and emailed the preliminary survey to me on the same day. David is a true professional and I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs his services!

As a new land owner and not familiar with development envelopes or parcel boundaries and monuments, Karp Land Surveys was a pure joy to work with. David took his time explaining the process and what we could expect. He was sure to include the needs of our architect so that he didn't have to charge us extra for repeat visits. When doing a construction project you want to work with companies who try to fit your needs into their schedules in a timely matter. This quality is hard to come by. David strives to be responsive to your needs, is prompt and completes projects by the agreed timeline. During our last project we had to have David back to do a last minute project changes with a hard deadline. I new when I approached David on our short window, to get the survey done, he would do everything possible to facilitate the project. We will only use Karp Land Survey when needed.
