Danielle was not only patient and a good listener, she was very fun and had a relaxed attitude that was contagious. We were coming from far away and not 100% sure of what we wanted, but she was open to taking the time to see lots of houses and was willing to wait to find what was right for us, rather than go for the quick, hard close. She was responsive and no-nonsense and also well-connected in the area, so she could call colleagues to get inside info when needed, or provide helpful resources after the sale. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Danielle is an excellent realtor. She worked with us long distance (moving from Dallas area) for over 3 years until we finally found the perfect place. She was so patient and knowledgeable during this extremely long period.
Most other realtors would not have given the time and attention for such a long period. Once we found the right house Danielle was flawless taking care of everything to ensure stress free escrow period. Danielle was recommend to us by family in the area that enjoyed the same level of service from Danielle when they found their forever home in 2020 during the height of COVID.

As a first time home buying experience, Danielle was excellent in every regard. Danielle was such a great realtor to work with for my home sale in Nevada City. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped guide me every step of the way.
