They were very quick to respond to my email to schedule an appointment to go see one of their units. The agent was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. The application process was quick and easy to do as it was all done online. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this company. Great company to rent from. Everything is done through their site, which makes paying rent and putting in maintenance requests easy. They are always quick to respond and resolve any issues. It seems I only get a response when I write a bad review.... I've been trying to contact property manager for the building I live in and corporate head quarters and no one pics up or calls back. There is a smoke detector in my neighbors unit that has been on low battery and beeping every minute for 2 weeks now ( the walls are so thin in the apartment that I can hear the beeping loud and clear!) and the property manager has done nothing to fix it. I have reached out multiple times to her and she keeps saying she will come by and fix it or have the maintenance guy come by but yet here we are. I ran into our maintenance guy, hes super nice, and he said hes been trying to fix it but the property manager keeps forgetting to leave him keys.

Had two appointments to view a property that this agency represented. Both times the agent did not show up. Instead they left the door unlocked (24 hours a day) and told us to look around. Had no interest in us as people or potential tenants and did not care who walked
in or out of the apartment

Pressured us fill out an application ($80 fee) even though they knew they already had already accepted another applicant and were just waiting for them to sign.

They handle the management of the apartment building I live in. You can set up an account with them to pay rent request maintenance etc. It's expedient and ensures your communication (and rent) are successfully received.

DIICO properties will never fix anything! And when they do it is the cheapest way possible. They DO NOT care about their tenants. Slumlord is what they are and they will charge you for the most ridiculous services whenever they have the chance. Terrible Company! Stay away from these Slumlords.
