I had the privilege to use KW to list my house, and the level of professionalism and attention put into it were unmatched. My home sold within three months in a market that wasn't moving too many homes during that time. The attention to detail, understanding the market at that given time, and the attention to details prior to listing by my realtor are what put it above all others and the results of it selling when it did. I recently moved back to the area and will be in the process of looking for a home purchase and I won't use any other Realty company but KW. By far the best in the business.

I am sure that Keller Williams has amazing agents on their staff however, leadership and their practices are questionable to say the least and it has definitely made me reconsider who I or my network will do business with going forward. I don't feel comfortable having commissions from my home purchase going to a company that is condescending, inconsiderate, and manipulative to its entry level employees. The behaviors displayed certainly cross the line of on the job bullying and have caused anxiety where it was not present before. Going forward, I would hope that anyone reading this would ensure that the leadership at Keller Williams treats ALL of their employees with the same level of respect as they would treat a client that they hope to get a 4% commission from. Otherwise, I might look elsewhere.

I don’t know where to start in saying how WONDERFUL Alexis Bryant is as a realtor! To start, she began helping us months before we signed a contract and for that alone, I am THANKFUL. With her assistance, we (my husband and I) were able to put ourselves in the position to buy our first home. Working with me wasn’t easy..I was a nervous wreck most of the time and second guessed and overthought about EVERYTHING!!! Nevertheless, Alexis and her wonderful personality stayed the same!
