Michael took on the task of selling our 14 acre single family residence during a very difficult time period. The economy was depressed, the drought continued to have its negative effects on well water levels, wildfire threats were ever looming, home loan mortgage rates had doubled due to inflation, home insurance companies were deciding not to do business in the state due to the high cost and probability of disasters and the price of gas had tripled since 2020; all of which caused home values and sales to drop measurably.
