This beautiful winery was an amazing adventure, we tasted different types of grapes, and were pleasantly surprise by the wines. We loved the sparkling Pinot. The owners were friendly, casual, and made us feel like a “guest at their home”. The view was stunning. We cannot wait to share the wines we brought w friends.

Our server was great - full of information. The wines were good, the right amount of complexity without being in your face. The views were awesome and the tasting space was relaxing and welcoming.

We got to see all the winery pets, including Malachi who had caught a mouse (not near the tasting room - from the field).

Had a great time doing a wine tasting at Dilecta. All the wines were fantastic and tasted like nothing else we had tried elsewhere, and our server was very welcoming and personable. Would definitely go back and recommend to any friends & family.

The owner was who presented our wine tasting. She was informative and kind. She gave us fresh figs from her property and offered to let us to pick apples from her tree! Great experience!

I fell in love with this vineyard, staff, wine, and labels almost 2 years ago. It has a funky vibe with a relaxing atmosphere. Still my favorite tasting room in Paso Robles. The Zurita 100% Zinfandel is to die for and they have a killer cheese board.
