Being a first time home buyer can be completely stressful and overwhelming because there's so much to do and so much to learn. We were so lucky to have been referred to Eric Hatch by a friend of ours. He is THE BEST! Seriously, he is THE BEST! I cannot say enough good things about him. He walked us through every step, working with us on the offer, making sure we got the inspections we needed, having the seller fix things for us before we moved in, and so much more. We decided we wanted to move on June 29th, got in touch with Eric June 30th, found our house on July 1st, had our offer accepted July 8th, and had the keys to our house in our hands on August 5th! I know Eric has a lot of other clients, but he makes you feel like you're the only person he's working with. He gets back to you fast and always keeps you up to date. We completely trust him and highly recommend him.
