The pontoon boat we rented was fine, and we had fun using it. The renting experience was very chaotic. They tell you to be there an hour early for good reason. There are no clear instructions on where to check in, with several numbered check-in counters and lots of very young people running around trying to help everyone. The older man giving instructions to about 5 groups of drivers (10 or so total people) was condescending, and he singled out my husband, who is Mexican, to verbally respond that he understood a particular instruction. My husband is in his 50s and was treated like an adolescent. The instructor didn’t do this to any of the other white drivers. So insulting, and a pretty overt microaggression. We didn’t let it ruin the experience, but we won’t be going back.

Not the best boat ramp and marina you pay 25 dollars this year and you can’t park your trailer anywhere thanks to Tom Tuso this guys will rip anyone off just for money he doesn’t care if he’s hated. Have fun at the pines where the prices aren’t right!

One of the worst boat launch ramps I've ever been to. The Marina employees don't care about you and your boat. They are in a rush to rent their boats and cause issues when trying to launch and when you try to get your boat out of the water. The Sherrif in that county don't care either, they are fine with boats and jetski speeding in no wake zone. Will never take my boat there again.

We rented a pontoon for the day. Staff was very nice and accommodating the boat however was not great. Definitely on the older side. The biggest problem is we could barely get the boat to go 10mph with 5 people in it. We also rented a tube and the we were the slowest watercraft on the lake. The gas gauge showed 1/2 tank used before we ever made it around the lake 1 time. When we shared our concerns with the staff they said the gas gauges were unreliable. They also told us the boats are on the slower side. We have rented pontoons at other places and easily went 30-35 mph with 5 people on board. We won’t be renting here again. Disappointed.

Rented a JetSki‘s for two hours The experience on the JetSki was fun although some of the staff were everywhere, they didn’t attend us very well. We were waiting for a hour they were all over the place. Most of them are very young so that probably explains it but pricing wise. It was good.

The employees really made it for me. They were very friendly and accommodating. The boats (we did a pontoon/party boat) are on the older side, it seems, but worked okay.

My family and I rented a boat with a tube and it was a fun experience. We clocked in at 10am and left at 6pm
