Very recently I purchased a home in an unfamiliar community, Grass Valley, California having move from elsewhere. Eric Hatch was and is my realtor.
I am 81 years old, not nearly as quick as I once was and I also quickly realized that purchasing a home in 2024 has become a lot more complex than in 2000,
the last time I did so. Initially I was understandably extremely anxious and overwhelmed but rapidly and progressively I relaxed because it immediately was clear
that Eric Hatch ( who I had never met before) knew exactly what he was doing and had my interests only in mind. Because of my anxiety I was
